My Approach
Coaching is often described as transformative — and it is — but not because it’s mystical.
It’s grounded in the same disciplines that study how humans learn, think, and grow: psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy.
What impacted me most about the coaching methodology
One day, during my training, our teacher asked us to support a classmate who was struggling with something personal. At first, we all jumped in with advice. What she did next shifted everything - she told us to switch to a coaching mindset — no solutions, just presence, space and relevant questions.
The shift was powerful. For the first time, we felt truly heard. There was space to think, reflect, and find our own answers. That moment changed everything for me, and that is why my coaching style is non-directive: I accompany you in uncovering your own answers and creating awareness.
Coaching is about turning awareness into action, and action into transformation.
Awareness + Action = Transformation
